The area of Blue City is 1.5 times larger than that of the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw.
The building’s total area is around 185,000 square meters and includes the leased shopping centre area of around 65,000 square meters. Around 33,000 square meters have been allocated to the office complex.
The Blue City experience includes over 200 shops and service points, located on 6 levels ( “–1” to “+4”). The Piotr i Paweł delicatessen, the Centre’s supermarket, offers a wide assortment of “ordinary” and more exclusive produce from all over the world. Visitors looking to eat, relax and meet their friends can make use of the offer of twenty five dining facilities.
The Centre occupies a 4-hectare plot of land. Its construction, entirely covered with a glass roof, required 120 000 m3 of concrete; above the atrium, there is a glass dome spanning 36 m.
The Blue City complex houses 1500 parking spaces in a multi-level car park, 600 spaces in a heated, underground car park and up to 400 spaces outside.
Thanks to its large, common indoor area, wide corridors and convenient passageways, Blue City offers one of the most comfortable shopping experiences in Poland.
Blue City is located near Aleje Jerozolimskie, a stone’s throw from the so-called Jerozolimskie Business Center.
Every day, close to 80,000 cars pass along Al. Jerozolimskie near Blue City.
An integral part of the investment was the construction of an external car park for customers and an access tunnel to the centre under Aleje Jerozolimskie.
